The mission of the Kentucky River P-16 Council is to encourage and facilitate student success from early childhood education through obtaining advanced postsecondary education training and degrees. The Council is a collaborative partnership among interested citizens, parents, educational providers, organizations, businesses, local and regional officials, and anyone else who desires to raise educational levels in the eight counties that make up the Kentucky River Area Development District (KRADD).
